UV Visible Fluorophore | NIR Absorbing Pigment | IR Emitting Materials |
Want to successfully protect your precious value from forgery? Find a solution with NANOCMS!
The security printing market for authentication of valuables has been consistently grown in the world year by year. NANOCMS’s fluorophore is one of the most suitable solutions to protect value from counterfeit and forgery. Invisible under daylight but emission by a certain wavelength of UV ray clearly accepts to distinguish an Original and a Fake. Commercial color copier or scanner absolutely cannot copy its fluorescent feature, so, no photocopy as well as no scanning is allowed. NANOCMS UV Fluorophore series is recommended for you to keep your Precious Values from counterfeit and forgery.
Products
- UVA visible fluorophores : CMS Red 620, Red 622, Green 550, Green 555, Yellow 565, Blue 464
- UVC visible fluorophores : CMS Red 1809, Green 1816
- UVA & UVC visible bi-fluorescent fluorophores : Red/Yellow, Red/Green, Red/Blue
Main Use
Offset, Gravure, Flexo, Letterpress, Screen, Inkjet Printing Inks and Resins
Applications
Anti-counterfeiting and Anti-forgery of:
- National security printing such as Banknotes, Passports, ID-cards, Driving License, Stamps, etc.
- Industrial security printing such as Brand Protection, Ticketing, Vouchers, Certificates, etc.
- Detection and identification of substances such as Printing Toners.
Advantages
- Invisible under daylight and emission by a certain wavelength of UV Ray
- High Light Fastness & Blue Wool Scale
- Excellent Chemical Resistance and Thermal Stability
1. UVA Visible Organic Fluorophore
UVA fluorescent pigments are widely known as fluorophores in security printing field, which is invisible under daylight and emission by ultra-violet ray at UVA 365nm. It is generally recommended to be used for level 2 security feature (Covert). NANOCMS supplies 6 organic UVA pigments:

2. UVC Visible Organic Fluorophore
Invisible under daylight but emission at UVC 254nm only gives higher security than UVA visible fluorophore. No emission by UVA ray after 320nm wavelength. Generally recommend to be used for a single UVC or combining with UVA for Bi-fluorescent which is higher level 2 security feature (Covert). NANOCMS supplies 2 organic UVC pigments:

3. UVA & UVC Visible (Bi-fluorescence) Organic Fluorophore
Besides the banknote printing, there have been many attempts to get higher level anti-counterfeiting printing in UV visible security feature. Combining UVA and UVC for Bi-fluorescent is one of the solutions but it is not simple because of uncommon supplier of high quality organic UVC pigments for offset as well as overlapping phenomenon of excitation wavelength. To meet this market demand, NANOCMS can provide 5 different colors:
